Welcome to GoWebified! By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Offered

GoWebified offers subscription-based website design and development services which include:

• Website design (informative & e-commerce)
• CMS access
• Logo & brand kit design
• Hosting
• Backend training videos
• Monthly updates & ongoing support

We do not include a domain name by default. If you need one, it will be charged separately.

2. Subscription Plans

You may choose from multiple monthly or yearly packages. All plans renew automatically unless canceled.

3. Revisions & Requests

We offer unlimited design and content revision requests as part of your subscription. We strive to deliver updates within a 48-hour window.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, we require at least 7 days’ notice prior to your next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for any cancellations, partial months, or unused time.

5. Ownership & Licensing

All final project files, including websites, logos, and designs, are yours upon completion and full payment. You are free to use, modify, or move them as you wish.

6. Use of Services

You agree not to misuse our platform or services. GoWebified reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion if misuse or abuse is detected.

8. Limitation of Liability

GoWebified shall not be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from the use or inability to use our services
