Do you design logos and branding too?

Yes. All plans include logo design. Higher-tier plans include full branding (stationery like business cards and letterheads).

What about hosting and domain setup?

Hosting is fully included with every plan. If you already have a domain, we’ll connect it for you. If you need a new domain, we’ll assist with the setup and registration at an additional cost.

Do I get training to manage my website?

Billing & Subscription

How does the subscription work?

You can subscribe monthly or yearly. You’ll be billed on the same day each month (or year). You can cancel anytime

Are there any setup or hidden fees?

No hidden or setup fees. What you see in the pricing is exactly what you pay.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, after an initial 3-month commitment. We don’t believe in locking clients into long-term contracts, but since we waive the upfront setup cost (valued at $300+), we ask for a minimum of 3 months to ensure a fair exchange of value. After that, you’re free to cancel anytime, no questions asked.

Do I own my website if I cancel?

Yes. You can keep your website, but ongoing hosting, updates, and support will stop unless you move to a different plan or purchase a one-time migration package.

Subscription Term & Commitment

All subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. By signing up, you agree to a minimum commitment of three (3) months. This requirement exists to offset the waived setup fee (valued at over $300) and ensure a fair exchange of services. After the initial 3-month period, your subscription will continue month-to-month until canceled.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time after the initial 3-month commitment. If you wish to cancel before the 3-month period ends, you will still be responsible for completing the full 3-month payment. To cancel, please notify us at least seven (7) days prior to your next billing date by contacting us at [email protected].

Support & Maintenance

Do I get support if something breaks or needs updating?

Yes. All plans include ongoing support. Just message your project manager, and we’ll take care of it.

What happens if I need help outside of regular updates?

We offer add-ons for larger custom features, integrations, or new pages. These are quoted separately at discounted rates for subscribers.

Do you offer SEO or marketing services?

Yes. Higher-tier plans come with basic SEO optimization. We also offer full SEO and digital marketing packages as add-ons.
